Home Test to Treat is a fully HIPAA compliant (national) free public health pilot program providing free Covid and flu tests, telehealth, and treatment via test2treat.org. Those who enroll can receive free services including: COVID-19/Flu tests (if eligible), telehealth visits, and treatment (if prescribed). If you are currently positive for COVID-19 or Flu, you can enroll to receive telehealth services and treatment (if prescribed), all at no cost to you.

As you may have heard, our COVID-19 Slack support group officially shut down on May 29, 2023. It is a devastating loss for the thousands of people across the globe who found emotional support, connection, information, advocacy and research opportunities, and so much more in our Slack space over the past three years.

We are writing to give an update about our current situation and what we’re asking from community members. To be blunt, our financial situation is dire. We estimate Body Politic (Slack included) will cease to exist by early 2023 without funding (GOAL: $500k).
Body Politic is struggling to maintain what we’ve built and continue forward. We do not have capacity to responsibly maintain this 13,000+ (and rapidly growing) patient group. To better serve this community, we are shifting from a scrappy emergency response in the pandemic’s first wave to a professional operation with adequate operational and legal infrastructure.
