COVID-19 Support Group Survey Results

In April, several members of the COVID-19 support group joined together to initiate research on topics they felt were under-discussed. This self-organized group of COVID-19 patients with prolonged symptoms and other allies are working on gathering data from each other and other patients, and publishing that data both in reports and in the media. Most members of this volunteer team are researchers in relevant fields – participatory design, neuroscience, public policy, data collection and analysis, human-centered design, health activism – in addition to having intimate knowledge of COVID-19.

Their goal is to collect and distribute data on those with COVID-19 prolonged recoveries – a group that has so far been under studied – to both the general public and to medical professionals.
